Tuesday Tennis Tips: Reflex volleys
One of my favorite drills to practice the volley is working on reflex volleys with a partner. The three things I recommend focusing on are (1) bending down at the knees for your ready position; (2) keeping your racquet up; and (3) keeping the ball contact point out in front - no swinging!
